As the founder and CTO of HBN APP, Inc., Devin showcased his ability to navigate complex technological challenges and lead innovative initiatives. His leadership acumen was further demonstrated as a Regional Executive Board member of the National Society of Black Engineers in Southern California, where he skillfully managed over 17 chapters and excelled in strategic planning and organizational management.
